If you can hear sound with Windows Media but you can not see the video, that means your Windows Media configuration is incorrect.

STEP #1
First, make sure you have the latest version of Windows Media by by clicking here.

If you already have the latest Windows Media Player, skip to Step #2. If you do not have the latest version, install it, then restart your computer and that will fix the issue.

STEP #2
If the issue is still there, open Windows Media (or right click the Windows Media Player embedded in a webpage) and select Options. When looking at your connection speed in Windows Media, please make sure it is set to at least 256KBPS. Anything lower than that, you will hear sound and not get any video. To test it, you will need to refresh the page you are watching the video.
